Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP principles Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with fixed assets and capital project accounting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload Available during the first 7 working days following the month-end close Willingness to work overtime as needed Able to work in a safety-sensitive environment Why This Opportunity? Direct professional hire (no temp-to-hire) Competitive salary based on experience High visibility with leadership Stable, established organization Long-term career growth potential Responsibilities Lead full General Ledger oversight and maintenance Perform month-end close and prepare financial reports Prepare journal entries, including accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments Complete balance sheet reconciliations Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules Track and close capital projects Perform bank reconciliations Manage Arkansas sales and use tax reporting Support audit and tax documentation preparation Conduct inventory and asset verification Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Maintain reporting deadlines and high-volume accounting cycles Don't Take It from Us.
