Job description Accountant Tempe / Phoenix Wellgenix Full-Time About Us Wellgenix is a growing health & wellness company specializing in vitamins, supplements, nutraceuticals, and wellness products across the U.S. market. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in Tempe/Phoenix, Arizona. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing Prepare financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliation Monitor operational expenses and vendor payments Process payroll coordination and expense tracking Support budgeting and financial forecasting Assist with tax documentation and audit support Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks or ERP/accounting software Strong Excel and reporting skills Experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, or e-commerce accounting is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Benefits Competitive Salary Paid Vacation & Holidays Career Growth Opportunities Professional Work Environment Health & Wellness Benefits Now Please send your resume to:
