What You'll Do Oversee complex accounting matters and manage close processes Review financial statements and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns Conduct tax research and apply technical guidance to client scenarios Support advanced tax planning and advisory engagements Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for client issues Communicate complex accounting and tax matters clearly to clients Review work prepared by team members and ensure quality standards Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to staff Identify and implement process improvements and workflow efficiencies What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of combined accounting and tax experience CPA or CPA candidate preferred Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations Advanced proficiency in accounting and tax software Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching capabilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills What We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (Coverage begins on the first of the month following your start date.)
