Healthcare Position Overview:
A well-established non-profit healthcare organization in Alhambra is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports Conduct P&L and variance analysis Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify financial information Assist with audits and ad hoc accounting projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Scienced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within non-profit or healthcare environments Strong understanding of general ledger processes and reconciliations Experience with financial reporting and month-end close Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details:
