DisruptiX Talent Solutions is partnering with a fast?growing, industry?leading organization that is expanding its accounting team due to continued growth. We are seeking a detail?oriented, analytical Staff Accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to contribute to a high?performance finance function. Responsibilitie sSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliation sPrepare and maintain supporting schedules for financial statement sAssist in the preparation and distribution of internal financial report sPartner with department leaders to ensure accuracy of financial data and codin gAnalyze variances and provide explanations for fluctuations in financial result sMaintain organized documentation for audits and internal control sAssist with AP/AR, accruals, and general ledger maintenance as neede dIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting accurac y Qualificatio nsBachelor's degree i n Accounting, Finance, or Economi csStrong understanding o f GA APProficient i n Microsoft Exc el (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferre d)Experience with ERP systems is a plus (NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc .)Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast?paced environme nt
