Accountant Manager

Qualifications:

3-5 years of accounting experience, including: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Payroll processing (full cycle) Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (required) Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, and reconciliations Experience maintaining the general ledger and supporting financial reporting High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills A proactive mindset with interest in growing into financial analysis and reporting Experience with Mastermind software is a plus Responsibilities Manage and process AP and AR transactions Execute full-cycle payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain and update the general ledger using QuickBooks and internal systems Assist with financial reporting and monthly close activities Keep accurate and organized records to support audits and compliance Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations Identify process improvements and contribute to higher-level financial tasks over time Opportunity to expand your accounting skill set and grow professionally Hands-on role with visibility across multiple financial functions Stable, supportive work environment with room for advancement Apply today if you're a dedicated Accounting Specialist who enjoys ownership, continuous learning, and making an impact.
