Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processingPrepare and enter journal entriesReconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accountsSupport month-end and year-end close activitiesPerform data entry and maintain accounting records with accuracy and speedAnalyze financial data using intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)Generate and review financial reports for accuracy and completenessCollaborate across departments to resolve discrepanciesAssist with special projects and process improvements as needed
