Staff Accountant

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant with NetSuite Experience to join our accounting team. MC24 Job Search Guide US eBook.pdf). + Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, including account reconciliations and financial reporting. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain proper system integrations between NetSuite and other business systems. + Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. + Perform variance analysis on general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies. + Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards. + Support the audit process by providing requested documentation and schedules. + Assist with implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance accounting workflow and efficiency. + Maintain compliance with tax filings, regulations, and internal controls.
