Temp Controller Century Group International Inc Beverly Hills, CA Job Details Contract $70 - $90 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Financial statement interpretation Accounting experience within real estate Excel data analysis Full Job Description Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Controller to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $70.00 to $90.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Support month end close activities by preparing journal entries reconciliations and financial statements. Prepare and analyze property level financial reports including income statements and variance explanations. Assist with cash flow forecasting budgeting and financial planning activities. Manage rent related reconciliations and track operating cost allocations across properties. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely completion of deliverables.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in accounting or a related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to financial analysis. Demonstrate knowledge of accounting standards and property related accounting practices. Use Excel at an advanced level to analyze financial data and prepare reports. Work effectively in a fast paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Analyze financial results and identify trends to support management decision making. Maintain accurate documentation and support audit and reporting requirements. Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
