Job Description
Staff Accountant - Los Angeles, CA Support AR functions for 3 divisions; Corp, Commercial and Residential Process Corp billbacks, track management fees, coordinate property reimbursements Process wire transfers, assist with year-end filing of tax withholding forms, support treasury relationship and functions Form and maintain legal entities as needed Assist with property tax appeal process and audits (external, 401K, worker's comp, etc.) Entry level, 0-1 year of experience Accounting degree preferred Knowledge of Yardi and excellent Excel skills preferred (VLOOKUP's and Pivot tables are preferred) Detail oriented, self-motivated, personable and team player with experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and strong business ethics are required
