Staff Accountant (AP Focus | Yardi Required) Beverly Hills, CA | Full-Time | In-Office | Confidential Real Estate Investment Firm $75K-$95K + 10% Bonus A well-capitalized, privately held real estate investment firm with a diverse portfolio of 60+ properties across multifamily, mixed-use, office, and retail is looking to hire a Staff Accountant to join its growing team. This is not a back-office role - this is an opportunity to take ownership from day one, work closely with leadership, and play a key part in modernizing accounting operations. What You'll Do Own full-cycle Accounts Payable across a multi-entity portfolio Work heavily in Yardi (Voyager preferred) , including Bill Pay and ongoing system enhancements Calculate and process investor/property distributions Track and reconcile intercompany transactions and loans Support AR operations , including ongoing process improvements (lockbox implementation in progress) Assist with month-end close , reconciliations, and financial reporting Contribute to process improvements and help drive system upgrades, including Yardi intercompany functionality Why This Opportunity?
