  • $95,000 plus 8-10% bonus 100% company paid medical, dental, vision for employee and family.
12 paid holidays. Our GROWING retail sales client is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee key accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance activities. This role will support the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close, general ledger management, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, excellent analytical skills, and experience improving accounting processes and controls. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting reports. Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Execute month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile bank, cash, credit card, and balance sheet accounts. Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules. Perform budget-to-actual and variance analyses. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation support, and audit requests. Support capital project accounting and financial reporting. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3+ years of general accounting experience. Strong knowledge of
U.S. GAAP
; IFRS exposure is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
