JOB SUMMARY
Our Company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our accounting team. The Sr. Accountant will apply accounting principles to prepare financial reports, compile financial statement, and ensure financial compliance. The Sr. Accountant will also maintain and execute a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, support tax returns, general ledger entries, budgeting, forecasting, and bank reconciliations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform reconciliations and consolidations of financial Statement Ensure the accurate recording and posting of financial transactions in the general ledger. Reconcile bank, cash, and credit card transactions on a daily basis. Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules. Prepare and post adjusting journal entries for properties and consolidation. Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy. Perform the monthly and year-end financial close processes, including Ensuring all incurred costs are properly recorded, preparing account balance reconciliations, Preparing and analyzing financial statements. Develop and implement accounting procedures by evaluating current processes and recommending improvements. Prepare variance analyses of financial statements against the budget. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audits and compliance. Assist in compiling information for the preparation of tax returns. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Provide accounting and reporting support for capital projects. Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned. Exposure to IFRS is preferred.

Education :
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting/Finance Experience :
A minimum of 3+ years of general accounting experience.
Skills/Competencies:
Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Attention to detail and problem solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Relates well to others and builds trust. Responsibilities extend beyond accounting system maintenance to the solution of complex managerial problems "Can-do" attitude with ability to think critically and take initiative to make sure it happens.

Language:
Must be fluent in English, able to communicate Korean language.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Work is generally performed in an office environment. Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
