Assists in the preparation of financial statements. Maintains and assures the accuracy of accounting records.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements. Monthly account analysis of various general ledger accounts. Prepares month-end journal entries. Maintains and prepares various amortizations, accruals, and recurring entries Reconciles and maintains records for intercompany Accounts Payable Reconciles and maintains records for rents and leases for buildings and equipment Prepares audit schedules. Prepare payroll entries Prepares monthly, quarterly, and yearly BPC packages for Amada North America, Inc. Assists in the preparation on monthly, quarterly, and yearly BPC packages for Amada America, Inc. Performs other related duties as assigned.
NON- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists in special accounting projects, as needed.
SKILLS:
10-key by touch Strong Excel skills Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) Attention to Detail Experience with Syteline is highly desirable Ability to work independently and in a teamwork setting

Onsite in Buena Park office Monday - Friday Cubicle within Accounting office
PAY RANGE
Staring at $63,000.00 (NON-EXEMPT)

KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor's degree in accounting Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience as a Staff Accountant preferred TRAVEL Very little travel
