• The Role:

  Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting financial operations and project success.
• Responsibilities
• Process and manage weekly payroll for approximately 20 employees using Sage 100C
• Handle full-cycle Accounts Payable (A/P), including invoice processing, coding, and vendor payments
• Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R), including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections
• Perform job cost coding to ensure accurate allocation and tracking of project expenses
• Prepare and maintain journal entries and general ledger records
• Complete bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Manage cash deposits and maintain proper financial documentation and controls
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support management decision-making
• Utilize Sage 100C for accounting functions, reporting, and financial management
• Work closely with project managers through Procore to align project and financial data
• Process payments through GC Pay
• Assist with month-end, semi-annual, and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and procedures
