What You'll Do:

Manage full-cycle accounting using Sage 100 Contractor Oversee financial reporting, job costing, and reconciliations Ensure integrity of AP/AR and general ledger Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes Provide financial insights that guide executive decision-making Contribute strategically to company growth initiatives

Qualifications:

• Expert in Sage 100 Contractor software
• Minimum AA Degree, BA Degree a plus
• Minimum of 3.7 GPA
• Interested in office work in a fast-paced growing company
• Minimum one year of sales or customer service experience
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook and MUST be proficient using MS Excel
• Must demonstrate
