The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and manage financial records. Assist with processing invoices, payments, and receipts. Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy for project billing. Support the accounting team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred). Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. What accounting software are you experienced with? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
