• Job Description A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a licensed financial professional responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements and reports Handle tax preparation, filing, and strategic tax planning Conduct audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Provide financial consulting, budgeting, and forecasting services Business Setup & Administrative Support Assist clients with opening new businesses , including selecting the appropriate structure (LLC, corporation, sole proprietorship) Support the process of registering businesses with state and local agencies Help clients open business bank accounts and set up financial systems Prepare and organize required business documentation and applications Government & Compliance Services File necessary documents and applications with city, state, and federal agencies Assist with obtaining licenses and permits required to operate legally Help clients apply for city programs and government grants , ensuring proper documentation and eligibility compliance Monitor deadlines and maintain compliance with ongoing regulatory requirements Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines Strong communication and advisory skills CPA license required

Pay:
