Job Description

Job Duties Handle multiple accounts Enter bank transactions and cash receipts into Accounting system Reconcile accounts Create profit and loss reports, balance sheets, etc. File sales tax reports Process Payroll for multiple accounts Answer phone calls and take necessary messages File paperwork in assigned areas Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures Fast worker Friendly personality Independent worker Good phone skills
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
