Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Accounting :

Manage all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions with high accuracy.

Financial Reporting :

Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Inventory Management :

Oversee inventory tracking and reconciliation to ensure operational efficiency.

Internal Reporting :

Prepare comprehensive weekly internal reports for management review.

Strategic Planning :

Assist with financial forecasting and inventory replenishment strategies.

Qualifications Experience :

Minimum 2 years of experience in GAAP accounting (Preferred).

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Industry Knowledge :

Experience with Forecasting and Replenishment is a significant plus.

Language :

Bilingual in Chinese/English is preferred to facilitate communication with our multicultural team and global partners.

Certification :

CPA or Progress toward CPA is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits Salary :

Starting at $28.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
