This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. Ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and looking to grow within a stable accounting environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data Prepare financial statements and reports in a timely manner Record journal entries, including adjustments and allocations Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis efforts Provide documentation for internal and external audits Utilize accounting software and Excel to manage financial data Assist with basic clerical accounting functions such as AP and customer billing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Additional Information Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required Office-based position
