This role supports AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and month‑end close, while also assisting with payroll processing and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
General Accounting Work — AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries Payroll Backup — Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping HR Support — Maintain employee files and onboarding documents
Requirements:
1-3 years accounting experience Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Bilingual Spanish Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
