This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the close process, working cross-functionally, and contributing to process improvements within a growing organization. What you'll do: Lead month-end and year-end close activities in partnership with the Controller Prepare financial statements and support reporting and analysis Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations; manage fixed assets and depreciation Oversee inventory accounting, including costing and reconciliation Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audit support Identify and implement process improvements; document accounting procedures Utilize ERP systems and Excel for reporting and data analysis Support cash management, AR/AP reconciliations, and ad hoc projects What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of total accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior Accountant capacity Strong knowledge of

U.S. GAAP
