Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 per year
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information. Lead month end quarter end and year end close processes by preparing journal entries accruals and reconciliations. Analyze financial results identify variances and provide clear explanations to support management decisions. Prepare internal financial reports and support audit activities with accurate documentation and schedules. Partner with operations and accounting teams to support inventory costs reporting and budgeting processes.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in accounting finance or a related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong close and reporting exposure. Demonstrate advanced skills in journal entries reconciliations and financial analysis. Use enterprise resource planning systems effectively along with advanced Excel capabilities. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Qualifications:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies across all financial reporting activities. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to system and workflow enhancements. Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to ensure accurate financial results. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking attention to detail and problem solving skills. Bring professional certification industry experience or inventory accounting knowledge considered beneficial.
