Accounting Associate Dairy Farmers of America - 3.1 Corona, CA Job Details $17 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Confidential information handling Basic math English High school diploma or GED Internal employee customer service 10 key typing Full Job Description Entry level position responsible for balancing all milk and/or other product receipts shipped into various customer plants for the Western Area. Insuring timely and accurate accounting of all fluid product pounds and components and reviewing all tests results are accurate and in reason for our members/owners and customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate a computer workstation to input, update, and retrieve data into/from our system and to/from spreadsheets Balancing with customers on units of milk received, including, but limited to tracking down missing manifests/tickets and/or test results Review, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies with member/owner deviation reports at each balancing period, (first half and final of each month) Communicate with customers, haulers, field representatives, and members when necessary. This can also include other internal divisions or corporate support teams. Receive, research, and resolve a variety of internal/external customer inquiries concerning units of milk received by the customer, both internal and external. Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, would be preferred 10-key proficiency Able to complete basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail Able to follow directions Able to follow through on day-to-day responsibilities Able to maintain confidentiality of information Possesses strong customer service skills both orally and written Must be dependable and reliable. Able to work some Saturdays or holidays as necessary Must be able to read, write and speak English Pay range: $17/hour
