Job DescriptionJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position.
Responsabilities:
Enter and update data accurately in QuickBooks. Issue and process purshase orders. Organized records of POs, quotes, invoices, receipts and payment documentation. Review, verify, and process invoices for payment in a timely manner. File copiesof checks and invoices into vendor specific folders. Provide support to Accounting Department with tasks such as Account Receivable, Billing, Banck statement reconcilaion, office supply ordering, and inventory . Collection calls as needed it. Must have a sense of urgency, efficiency, accuracy and ability to adapt Requirements Must have a minimun of 2 years of experience of account managing Sales experience Knowledge and experience in Microsoft, UPS, FedEx, QuickBooks Detail-Oriented Great verbal and written communication skills account receivables experience great math skills Monday - Friday 10 am - 2 pm
