This is a hands-on role focused on executing core accounting functions within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with month-end close, inventory accounting, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and process improvement. This position will work closely with leadership and operations teams to help ensure accurate financial reporting and support informed business decisions. This is not an Accounting Manager position. We are seeking a strong individual contributor who can bring consistency, reliability, and accounting expertise to the day-to-day function. Responsibilities Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting Analyze financial results and investigate account variances Perform inventory reconciliations and support inventory valuation processes Review inventory adjustments, standard costs, and purchase price variances (PPV) Partner with operations and purchasing teams to ensure inventory accuracy Support accurate reporting of inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for external audits Maintain compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency Utilize ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools to improve accuracy and visibility Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred Experience with inventory accounting, cost accounting, and ERP systems Strong understanding of month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted tools, reporting automation, or Python is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Bilingual Mandarin Chinese/English is a plus Education Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required Compensation $90,000 - $97,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications Benefits 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday On-Site in
