Staff Accountant

We're looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team and play a key role in supporting inventory accounting, pricing operations, financial reporting, and business analysis across the organization.

What You'll Do:

Support monthly and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis related to inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS) Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve pricing, costing, and inventory discrepancies Maintain and support pricing structures, trade agreements, discounts, and costing data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Help drive accuracy and integrity of inventory, pricing, and financial master data across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels Assist with inventory reconciliations, physical inventories, cycle counts, and variance investigations across multiple locations and partners Analyze inventory activity including transfers, adjustments, reserves, and disposals Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance initiatives through reporting and variance analysis Participate in budget vs. actual discussions with department leaders and provide meaningful financial insights Support internal and external audit requests, SOX compliance activities, and month-end reporting requirements Collaborate with teams across the organization to improve financial visibility, operational efficiency, and business performance

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience; public accounting experience is a plus CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP Experience working within ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred Advanced Excel and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Pay Range:
