• Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping functions
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow summaries
• Coordinate with CPA, payroll providers, and tax professionals
• Monitor company expenses and ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Support escrow transaction accounting and trust account reconciliation (if applicable)
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
• Assist management with financial analysis and operational support
