  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and SEC guidance
  • Ensure public company clients' compliance with public filings such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, 20-F and F-1
  • Assess/prepare clients' internal controls and related policies and procedures and perform audits of internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with Act of 2002
  • Identify, research and resolve audit and accounting issues to ensure proper financial statement disclosures in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and SEC guidance
  • Pre-audit private companies for
IPO/SPAC
merger readiness and develop/prepare working paper for clients' external auditors
  • Bookkeeping for Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs)
  • Perform financial due diligence services on behalf of clients' potential acquisition
  • Bilingual (Read and Write) in English and Chinese (required)
  • Able to travel internationally (approximately 10-20% per year in total duration) The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers, journal entries, and attention to detail.
SEC Reporting Experience (preferred but not required) CPA Firm Experience (preferred but not required)
