Inventory Staff Accountant

To Apply for this Job Click Here A growing logistics company is seeking an experienced Inventory Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. This role will be responsible for inventory tracking, reconciliations, cost analysis, and supporting month-end close processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and reconcile inventory balances across multiple locations Prepare inventory journal entries and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close related to inventory and cost accounting Analyze inventory variances, adjustments, and discrepancies Partner with operations and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system Assist with reporting and ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of inventory accounting or cost accounting experience preferred Experience within logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments highly preferred Strong Excel skills required ERP system experience preferred Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment This is a great opportunity to join a growing logistics organization with strong long-term potential and a collaborative team environment. 13344532_1778772930 To Apply for this Job Click Here
