Staff Accountant

Description We're looking for a Staff Accountant who wants to go beyond routine tasks and be part of a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role offers exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into the details while also understanding the bigger financial picture. You'll work closely with senior accountants and leadership, gaining hands-on experience in reporting, analysis, and process optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Support full-cycle accounting, including journal entries and reconciliations + Assist with monthly close and financial statement preparation + Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends + Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentation + Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes + Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements + Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operations teams Requirements Experience & Education + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field + 2-5 years of accounting experience Technical Skills & Software +

ERP Systems:

NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle (preferred) +

Microsoft Excel:
