"Making The World Beautiful One Hole At A Time" https://integritygolf.com Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing account reconciliations, and supporting various accounting functions to ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in accounting while contributing to the organization's financial integrity and success. Responsibilities Prepare and record journal entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards such as GAAP. Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations for various accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts. Manage data entry tasks related to financial transactions using accounting software, QuickBooks Online. Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments via Bill.com & QB. Support payroll management activities by collaborating with our payroll provider Paylocity Participate in internal audits to maintain financial controls and transparency. Contribute to budgeting, account analysis, and financial reporting efforts to support strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate job costing and job profit & loss statements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or pursuing CPA preferred. Proven experience in accounting Strong understanding of GAAP principles and technical accounting concepts. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks Familiarity with payroll management systems like Paylocity Experience with account reconciliation, journal entries, double-entry bookkeeping, and balance sheet analysis. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy (10 key typing skills preferred). Knowledge of tax regulations and non-profit accounting practices is a plus. Strong analytical skills combined with a solid grasp of financial concepts including budgeting, credit analysis, and account analysis.
