Staff Accountant (Bilingual Chinese)

Job Descriptions:

Monitor receivable aging Perform bank reconciliation Enter data into accounts receivable general ledger accounts Under direction of managers, investigate outstanding invoices, make collection calls, negotiate payment terms, and process lien for collections when necessary Perform detailed tracking of invoicing products and outstanding accounts receivable Serve as primary point of contact for collections Provide AR reports when needed Report progress and issues to the accounting team as needed Review costs of products against the data entered in the inventory system to ensure accuracy Managing petty cash and disbursement Process payroll documents and book payroll journal to book Track fixed asset and doing fixed asset depreciation schedule Work closely with the accounting team at month end close

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2-5 years experience in bookkeeping experience Must have some experience with QuickBooks and SAP, training will be provided Excellent organization and time management skills Attention to detail Work independently and in a team environment Fluent in English and Chinese Wholesale industry preferred We offer OPT and H1B sponsorship
