45-48/hr (DOE) Responsibilities Revenue Recognition & Monthly Accounting Oversee revenue recognition for operating projects, including utility, energy, and environmental attribute invoicing Manage collections and posting of cash receipts Prepare standardized monthly journal entries related to operating expenses, including depreciation, amortization of prepaid insurance, asset retirement obligation accretion, routine accruals, inventory consumption, deferred revenue, and intercompany transactions Monthly Review & Reconciliations Perform monthly analyses to ensure account balances reconcile to the trial balance Complete and review intercompany reconciliations Audit Support Partner with the portfolio reporting function to prepare audit support for both IFRS and US GAAP Provide documentation related to revenue invoicing, cash collections, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement disclosures Qualifications Bachelor's degree Working knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements 5+ years of experience Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
