SUMMARY & OBJECTIVE
Seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing our day-to-day accounting operations, from full-cycle Accounts Payable to month-end reconciliations and audit support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Accounts Payable & Cash Management Manage end-to-end AP processes, including vendor payments, tax payments, and clearing Execute ACH, wire, and check payments accurately and timely Coordinate physical mailings and document delivery (USPS, UPS) Process employee expense reimbursements in compliance with T&E policies General Ledger & Reconciliation Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash reporting Manage and reconcile accruals and prepaid expenses for proper period cutoff Support payroll entries and ensure accurate labor cost allocation in the GL Reporting & Analysis Conduct monthly variance analysis and explain budget vs. actual discrepancies Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Audit & Compliance Prepare PBC schedules and support external audit requests Ensure compliance with internal financial and expense policies Ad-Hoc Responsibilities Prepare reports and complete assignments as requested by Accounting Manager or CFO Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities but work with colleagues in Accounting team.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent number of experience 0-5 years of experience in accounting field Hold valid driver's license for business trips Proficient in Excel(Vlookups, pivot tables), Word, Outlook
COMPETENCIES
Bilingual in Korean and English
REQUIRED
- Experience with SAP or other ERP system preferred (Not required) Knowledge of
US GAAP & IFRS
preferred (Not required) Professional accounting training or certification is a plus
Tax Knowledge:
Experience or exposure to Excise Tax (Superfund), Sales Tax, Corporate Tax, or Individual Tax.
Compliance:
Previous exposure to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
FP&A Exposure:
Experience or interest in financial planning and budgeting. SAP [S4 HANA or ERP level] : Strongly preferred but not required Financial Management and analytical Skills High ethical standards and attention to detail Problem-solving and critical thinking ability TRAVEL Approximately 5% of travel may be expected. Travel is primarily out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
