We are currently searching for a Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team at our Corporate office in Lemon Grove . The Staff Accountant will be responsible for the financial statements of several properties including bank reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, budgets, and audit support. Accounting degree or two years equivalent experience required. Yardi experience a plus. This is a full time non-exempt position. Hourly rate of $30-$32 depending on experience. Full benefits include 10 paid holidays per year, sick leave, 2 weeks paid vacation accrual per year, 401k retirement plan with 4% match, profit sharing with 10% retirement contribution annually, fully paid medical, dental and vision plans.
