Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team at Advanced Cooling Technologies. This role is pivotal in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Staff Accountant will contribute to our mission of providing unparalleled service by maintaining accurate financial data that supports our operational excellence. Responsibilities Take full responsibilities of Accounts Payable/Receivable function, escalate vendor inquiries and discrepancies to service team Review and approve invoices from vendors, monitor aging reports, and handle invoice dispute activities Maintain sound relationships with vendors and provide prompt support to company's service operation team Perform monthly physical inventory counts and reconciliations Prepare inventory purchase orders and submit for approval Review and process employee expense reports Assist with month-end close processes Prepare general ledger entries and AP/AR account reconciliations Bank account reconciliations Participate in daily service meetings Support other activities as needed Requirements Bachelor's in accounting is required 3+ years of accounting experience, inventory control experience strongly preferred Thorough understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational abilities Outstanding attention to detail and proactive attitude If you are ready to make a significant impact in the medical equipment industry through your accounting expertise, we invite you to apply today and join our dedicated team at Advanced Cooling Technologies!
