Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts and financial transactions.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate account variances.
Assist with financial reporting, account analysis, and management reporting.
Support sales tax, corporate tax, and compliance-related accounting activities.
Review financial records and documentation to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting schedules and documentation.
Utilize accounting systems and Excel to organize data and improve reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with departments throughout the organization to support financial operations and decision-making.
Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.2+ years of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
Experience preparing journal entries and financial schedules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
