Overview :
We are seeking an accomplished accounting leader to oversee the company's corporate accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial information, supporting strategic business initiatives, and strengthening the organization's accounting infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with operational leadership experience and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Primary Responsibilities Direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial results Manage corporate accounting activities, including general ledger oversight, account reconciliations, consolidation activities, and related reporting requirements Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and other applicable reporting standards Evaluate and provide guidance on complex accounting matters, including revenue arrangements, stock-based compensation, business transactions, leases, and other technical accounting topics Establish and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and workflows to support business growth, operational efficiency, and strong financial governance Collaborate closely with FP&A, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and external audit partners to support financial objectives and regulatory requirements Maintain a robust internal control environment and support compliance initiatives, including SOX programs where applicable Lead accounting transformation initiatives, including process automation, system implementations, and reporting enhancements Develop and coach accounting professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Present financial and accounting matters to senior leadership, providing clear recommendations and actionable insights Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA strongly preferred 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting leadership Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and technical accounting research Experience leading accounting teams within complex, multi-entity, or high-growth organizations Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence decisions across functions and executive levels Proven success managing competing priorities, driving process improvements, and delivering results in a dynamic environment Experience with major ERP platforms and financial systems, including Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex accounting concepts into practical business guidance
