High SchoolResponsibilitiesPerform timely and accurate reconciliations of all corporate bank accounts, matching internal ledger balances against bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies. Formulate and record routine and period-end journal entries-including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments-ensuring proper documentation and adherence to GAAP. Proactively research, track, and clear outstanding reconciling items, collaborating with cross-functional teams to rectify banking or transaction errors. Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing cycles by preparing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring all cash-related transactions are accurately reflected. Track daily banking activity, including ACH, wires, and credit card transactions, to ensure all cash inflows and outflows are properly coded and accounted for.
