8:00 AM•5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break) About Us We are a growing design and construction company seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to support our daily financial operations and project accounting needs. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate job costing, payroll, and financial reporting in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations for construction projects and company finances. Process Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and lien waiver tracking. Prepare and maintain project running budgets and job costing reports, ensuring accurate cost tracking on a weekly basis. Reconcile credit card statements on a monthly basis. Track jobsite worker attendance (Jobsite/Wire system) and process bi-weekly payroll. Maintain subcontractor agreements, insurance certificates, W-9 forms, and compliance documentation. Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online). Coordinate with project managers to ensure proper cost allocation and timely project reporting. Maintain organized digital and physical accounting files and records. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. Construction industry accounting experience strongly preferred. Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of job costing and construction accounting principles preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Bilingual in English and Korean preferred (ability to communicate in both languages is a plus) Requirements Full-time in-office position (strict adherence to office hours required). Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required. Authorized to work in the United States.
