The Role:
Impact & Responsibilities As our Staff Accountant, you will be a vital part of our day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy and transparency across our various entities.
Financial Operations & Reporting General Ledger Management:
Maintain accurate books by preparing and posting journal entries for multiple companies .
The Closing Process:
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including complex bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
A/P & A/R
Mastery:
Process transactions with precision, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Analysis & Insights:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to help drive business decisions.
Audit, Compliance & Innovation Audit Support:
Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and meticulous documentation.
Tech Integration:
Utilize our advanced software suite and AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks and enhance reporting accuracy.
Ethical Stewardship:
Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and healthcare-specific regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines). What You Bring to the
Table Experience:
2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, ideally in healthcare or a corporate setting.
Multi-Company Comfort:
Ability to handle the complexities of managing accounts for multiple sets of books .
Tech-Forward Mindset:
Advanced Excel skills and a passion for embracing AI and new accounting software (QuickBooks, etc.).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Associate's degree with relevant experience considered).

Pay:
$30+ per hour (Depending on Experience).
