What You'll Own + Lead quarterly ASC 820 valuations for portfolio companies, including modeling, assumptions, and documentation + Present valuation insights to internal stakeholders, auditors, and valuation committees + Support fund operations: close process, financials, partner allocations, and audit deliverables + Review capital calls, distributions, and cash planning + Partner with LPs on inquiries and reporting + Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements Requirements + 4+ years in public accounting (VC/PE clients) or in-house fund accounting + Strong grasp of

ASC 820 / ASC
