Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing healthcare organization in San Diego. This role will support financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and operational accounting functions across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review journal entries and general ledger activityPerform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end close processesAssist with financial statement preparation and variance analysisMaintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentationSupport budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation activitiesAnalyze financial data and investigate discrepanciesCollaborate cross-functionally with finance and operational teamsAssist with accounting process improvements and workflow efficiencies
