Grower Accountant Salary:

Grower Accountant:
Manage grower settlements, payments, advances, and reconciliations- Prepare and review grower statements and maintain detailed grower records
- Reconcile inventory, production, and packing reports to accounting data
- Support month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Assist with AP/AR activities related to growers and vendors
- Collaborate with operations, field staff, and management on financial accuracy Qualifications for the
Grower Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field- 2+ years of accounting experience within agriculture, farming, or food-related industries
