Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Accounting Process accounts payable (enter bills, code expenses, process payments) Manage recurring/auto-pay transactions (utilities, mortgage, etc.) Maintain organized documentation (invoices, receipts, filing) Assist with cash receipts and deposit tracking Record transactions in Sage Intacct Entity & Transaction Support Work across multiple entities and locations Ensure transactions are coded accurately by entity and account Maintain consistency and accuracy across records Month-End Support Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations Support journal entries and close process Help ensure transactions are complete and ready for reporting Financial Reporting Support Assist in preparation and review of financial statements Support month-end close, reconciliations, and basic analysis Identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial data Understand how transactions impact financial reporting Process & Administrative Support Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) Support invoice flow and document management Assist with improving processes Assist with ad hoc projects and perform other duties as needed to support the accounting andadministrative functions
Qualifications Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 3-6+ years of accounting experience. Experience in multi-entity environments preferred. Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. Ability to learn new systems quickly. Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,304.00 to $99,590.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
