Job DescriptionJob Description Ontario, CA $85,000-$90,000 The Opportunity A growing construction and real estate organization is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to take full ownership of critical accounting functions across multiple entities. This is a direct replacement role with immediate impact from day one - your work will sit at the core of financial accuracy and compliance for active construction and real estate projects. Your Day-to-Day Prepare and post loan closing journal entries accurately and on schedule Process loan draws and perform thorough reconciliations Manage loan reporting and documentation to maintain compliance Support month-end close processes across multiple entities Maintain job cost accounting for construction and real estate projects Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting What We're Looking For Proven accounting experience in construction and real estate, with multi-entity exposure Hands-on proficiency with JDE - this is a firm requirement Strong MS Office skills, including Excel at the VLOOKUPs and PivotTables level Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities across entities Highly organized, technically capable, and ready to take ownership of your work Ready to Apply?
