JOB DUTIES

(Accountant): Assist with daily transactions, including AR/AP, general ledger and bank reconciliation Provide back up for month-end and year-end closing Organize financial data and maintain updated records Enforce accounting policies and procedures in accordance with company policy and goals Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations Assist with preparing budgeting reports and forecast revenues

QUALIFICATIONS

(Accountant): One (1) year of experience in international freight forwarding or customs clearance preferred. One (1) year of accounting experience preferred. Read write and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual in Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
