Vertex China) is seeking a Staff Accountant for our Pomona, CA office. Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and customer billing. Prepare and maintain AR aging reports and assist with routine account reconciliations. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate variances as needed. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and supporting schedules. Review, reconcile, and adjust inventory data to ensure accuracy in inventory records and cost reporting. Coordinate with the China-based manufacturing and finance teams to obtain and verify cost, inventory, and pricing-related financial data. Support accurate financial data consolidation and ensure consistency between operational and accounting records.
